A mixed-heritage, multicultural household shapes how I think about belonging, language, food, responsibility, and the assumptions people carry into a room.\n\nThat matters more than any neat professional positioning statement.\n\n## Basketball\n\nBasketball has been a long-running thread: playing, watching, arguing about rotations, and appreciating how much structure sits under what looks like improvisation.\n\n## Photography and travel\n\nPhotography is mostly a way of paying better attention. Travel helps for the obvious reasons, but the camera is useful even close to home: it forces a slower look at light, proportion, texture, and small human details.\n\n## Food\n\nFood is culture, memory, and logistics disguised as dinner. Malaysian-Chinese cooking, family recipes, and a healthy respect for agak-agak all sit somewhere in the mix."}
