Life
The non-work parts are not side quests.
Family first, then basketball, photography, travel, and food. Present enough to make the picture whole, not expanded into separate fan sites.
Family
Family is the anchor. A mixed-heritage, multicultural household shapes how I think about belonging, language, food, responsibility, and the assumptions people carry into a room.
That matters more than any neat professional positioning statement.
Basketball
Basketball has been a long-running thread: playing, watching, arguing about rotations, and appreciating how much structure sits under what looks like improvisation.
Photography and travel
Photography is mostly a way of paying better attention. Travel helps for the obvious reasons, but the camera is useful even close to home: it forces a slower look at light, proportion, texture, and small human details.
Food
Food is culture, memory, and logistics disguised as dinner. Malaysian-Chinese cooking, family recipes, and a healthy respect for agak-agak all sit somewhere in the mix.
